Florite™ Universal Input Batch Controller with Relay Outputs for Automated Batch Control

The 900 Series is an economic universal input batch controller with relay outputs for automated batch control.  The 900 Series allows for the pre-programming of up to 5 batch recipes and also features .005% ultra high accuracy for precision batching, rate metering, dual totalizing, easy batch programming, high and low alarm setpoints, an RS-232 serial communication port,  keypad security, and a high contrast backlit LCD display accompanied with a full two year manufacturers warranty.

Process control functions are programmed manually or by using local or remote serial commands. Inputs are accepted from digital (pulse) or analog sensor signal types  and relay, current, and/or voltage outputs are available.

A high contrast backlit display and multicolored front panel LED's indicate batch total, grand total, number of batches, process rate, and batch quantity dual totalization.

The non-volatile memory retains accumulated and programmed information over 100 years without a backup battery, and the long life lithium battery preserves clock time over 10 years. Moreover, the extensive built-in self diagnostic tests ensure a quick and easy installation without complication.
