The Florite Model 990 is commonly used in food and beverage applications such as for fast food restaurants, convenience and gourmet stores. It combines operating simplicity, versatility and ruggedness, serving to accumulate operational and management information, and the status of regulatory related alarm conditions. This application monitors all aspects of the water purification system, provides water chemical analysis, logs the temperatures of food storage equipment, and even accumulates the count and frequency of employee hand washes. The 990 communicates to remote and local computers over both wide area networks (WAN) and local area networks (LAN) all gathered information and detected alarm conditions beyond pre-programmed limits, on request, or at preset scheduled intervals.
