The 700 Series is an economic one loop microcomputer-based instrument incorporating a digital input, as well as a relay output. Other 700 Series features include rate metering, dual totalizing, easy menu navigation, multiple audio/visual alarm functions, a serial RS-232 port, LWAN (modem) communication, and a high contrast backlit LCD display.

The 700 Series have been designed to provide attended and unattended precision liquid and gas flow measurement, value monitoring, data communication, and limited process control for a variety of commercial and industrial applications.

Input signals are accepted from digital output transducers, and a relay output option is available.

Programmable set-points include quantity, high/low/average flow rates, time in service and are used to trigger the indicators, signal output, and invoke local and remote alarm reporting.

Information is accessed locally using the display, standard RS-232 serial port, or remotely using the internal or external WAN (modem) interface.

A high contrast backlit display and multicolored front panel LED's indicate quantity totalizer states, flow rate, report state, and WAN (modem) status, with a standard on-board audio indication.

Extensive built-in self test and instillation diagnostics enable quick and easy installation.

The 700 Series non-volatile memory retains accumulated and programmed information over 100 years without a backup battery, a long life lithium battery preserves clock time over 10 years.
