Florite International, Inc., (hereinafter called “Florite”) warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the purchase by the original user. This warranty applies only to the original user. Warranties offered by vendors of major subassemblies or ancillary parts (e.g., power adapter, flow sensor) that may be incorporated in, or provided with, Florite products shall be passed on to the original user and shall constitute the sole warranty on such items. In no event shall the term of such pass through warranties exceed two (2) years. Florite, at its sole option, shall repair or replace this product during the warranty period provided that the proper registration and return procedures are followed. Florite is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the breach of any express or implied warranty, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or use. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied; Florite does not assume or authorize assumption for Florite of any other warranty express or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty shall not apply to the extent that a provision may be prohibited by a federal, state, or local law that cannot be preempted. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Failure to complete the warranty registration form within 10 days of purchase may void warranty. You must provide the instruments original serial number to be eligible for warranty service. To receive any service covered by the warranty you must first contact customer support to obtain a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) form.  If you have lost or misplaced the warranty registration card that was provided with your instrument you can download another by clicking Support > Document Downloads on the global menu bar at the top of this page.  When on the Document Downloads page click Other Support Documents > Registration Card on the document locator menu in the center of the page, or locate the Instrument Registration form under the Support dropdown menu above to fill-out the registration form online.
